Late Cancellation Policy
At Club X Indoor Golf, we strive to provide all our guests with the best experience possible. To ensure fairness and availability for all players, we have implemented the following Late Cancellation Policy.

Booking & Cancellation Terms
All bookings must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled time.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled booking will be considered late cancellations or no-shows.

How to Cancel or Reschedule
Cancellations and rescheduling can be done via our online booking system, by phone, or in person during business hours.
Cancellations or reschedules must be completed at least 24 hours before your booking time.

Golf Lessons
Golf lessons require 24 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel.
Lessons canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours will be considered a used session and are non-refundable.

Exceptions
We understand that emergencies happen. Please contact us directly if you believe your situation warrants an exception, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Liability & Conduct
Club X Indoor Golf is not responsible for injuries, lost items, or personal belongings left on the premises.
Guests are expected to use all equipment responsibly. Any damage caused to equipment or facilities due to negligence or misuse will be billed to the guest.

Payment Terms
All bookings must be paid in full at the time of reservation unless otherwise arranged.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Age & Alcohol Policy
Guests must be 19+ to purchase or consume alcohol (valid government ID required).
We reserve the right to refuse service of alcohol to any guest who appears intoxicated.
No outside alcohol is permitted on the premises.

Event & Group Booking Policy
A deposit may be required to secure event or group bookings.
Deposits are non-refundable if cancellations are made less than 14 days prior to the event.
Deposits may be used for future credit if changes are made before 14 days prior to the event.
Final guest count must be confirmed at least 48 hours before the event.

Food & Beverage
No outside food or beverages are allowed unless pre-approved.
All catering and bar tabs must be settled in full at the end of the event or session.

Memberships & Packages
Memberships and packages are non-transferable and non-refundable.
Expiry dates on packages must be respected — no extensions unless otherwise stated in writing.

Safety & Facility Use
Guests must follow staff instructions and safety guidelines at all times.
Club X Indoor Golf is not responsible for accidents resulting from improper use of equipment.
Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult unless enrolled in a supervised program.

Weather / Emergency Closures
In the rare case that Club X Indoor Golf must close due to emergency, severe weather, or technical issues, all affected bookings will be rescheduled or credited.

Photography & Media
By entering the premises, you consent to being photographed or recorded for promotional purposes, unless you notify staff otherwise.

Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who does not comply with our policies, disrupts the experience of others, or engages in unsafe or inappropriate behavior.
